Who we teach:
Over nearly 20 years, American Boxing has been teaching Kickboxing in Pacific Beach to Stay-at-home moms and Navy SEALS, Professional athletes and Kids, Entrepreneurs and Taco Bell employees, the developmentally challenged and Grammy Award winning artists. We are beyond proud of the diversity of lives we have touched over the years in our Pacific Beach community, we look forward to working with you too.
What do we do in our kickboxing classes?
- You will be asked about any previous injuries and provided suitable modifications for all exercises.
- We will warm you up till you break a sweat.
- We will stretch you out Head-to-Toe.
- You will learn shadow boxing with our Grid style method.
- You will practice Technical Kickboxing moves to develop Core Strength and Endurance.
- Core, Abs, Conditioning and/or a great Stretching routine to finish strong!
